WANTED: PART TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Growing classic vehicle events organiser based in Honley village seeks to recruit a part time administrative assistant for 2 – 3 half days per week

This is a flexible role where the successful candidate would be able to fit the hours in around their own schedule.

There will also be opportunities for ad hoc evening work (e.g. stuffing envelopes) and weekend work (e.g. working at events) if of interest (extra roles are optional).

Main duties to include:

  • Input of vehicle and trade booking forms onto database
  • Preparing and issuing vehicle and trade admission passes
  • Answering the phone, taking messages
  • Reviewing and responding to email enquiries
  • Assisting colleagues with various deadlines and project work
  • General admin tasks

Skills required

  • Well organised
  • High attention to detail
  • Reliable, honest and trustworthy
  • Professional telephone manner and approach
  • Basic use of computers
  • Ideally some experience with Microsoft Excel (not essential)

Pay

Negotiable depending on experience
