At indoor events all vehicles will be judged in the concours, you do not need to do anything, our judges will walk around the venue to judge all vehicles on display. Yes. All vehicles on site must have valid insurance covering them for theft and damage - the organiser will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle however caused.
The discounted vehicle display passes for the show / day I’d like to attend have all been allocated. Can I still display my vehicle in the show?

Set-up is from 7am on the day at all of our events and you are welcome to arrive with your vehicle from this time, however the Motor Show at Harewood House has a slightly earlier set-up time, which starts from 6am.
Camping for exhibitors is available only at two day events at Blenheim Palace and Thoresby Park. The cost is £10 per tent/caravan/motorhome per night.
